Pastor Jathan and Julie have a passion to see people discipled, build relationships, and become connected to DSC. One of his visions is to equip everyone by helping them connect with an Oasis group. This is one of the fastest ways of feeling connected to Desert Springs. Another vision is to equip this spiritual family to reach their world for Christ through discipleship classes, being
discipled one on one, or even going through DSLI - Desert Springs Leadership Institute which is a two year education for anyone wanting to be trained for ministry or even personal growth. 

He also has a passion for the men of DSC to become the champions God has called them to be. It has been said that if you can win a man for the Lord, you will win his family as well. God is looking for men who are willing to take a stand and bring the gospel to their world.
